This is a sample of the first part of my day, most days. The point I'm trying to make here is we all have the same amount of time in the course of the day. It's not that you don't have time, you have to carve out time in your day for the priorities. Tag someone that needs to implement a strict schedule. Having a schedule, and sticking to it every single day is how you keep forward progress. #barthbuilt #progress #Schedule #Discipline #Steadfast #Accountability (at BarthBuilt Lifestyle Fitness)
