Friday’s workout happened in 2 parts .. I didn’t give myself enough time / procrastinated🤦🏻‍♀️ too long and only had time for 2/3rds of my workout before having to leave for my puppy walks & not be late for a meeting I had afterwards😅. . 😬I didn’t feel like finishing the last 3rd of the workout after my walk PLUS an incredibly emotional coaching session with my business coach about self worth and my limiting false beliefs.. but I knew it would help me feel better so I did a quick warm up and finished my workout. 🙇🏻‍♀️☺️And as expected felt better about myself and self worth because I followed through on a commitment I had made earlier that day. Confidence is best improved through consistent action / commitment🙇🏻‍♀️. . 💪🏼😁The workout itself was a combination of moves targeting abs, ass and arms where slow and controlled was the name of the game on the negative and the positive motion requires a burst of fast energy.
