A highlight to my last published video. I really liike this behind shot angle where I can really see what each shot looks like. In this you can see where I am performing a string of deliberated actions from a horizontal tilted bow, raise, return the bow to a vertical position, aim, draw, loose. I am building muscle memory to improve my accuracy where eventually it will assimilate into my technique and form. After I released a video earlier this year practicing short draws. A kind archer suggested I try keeping my bow up ready for the next nocking. Thankyou very much. . . This is a new skill for me as I automatically drop my bow to my side when about to nock another. I had a little go then decided to continue filming the rest of this first practice session to share my progress. For full version click @naturalbowwoman profile link . This helps with speeding up my shot and have found it really does make a difference. . . I was doing ok and then hubby suggested to lay the bow horizontally whilst still raised. I tried this and it worked very well. I found it much easier and smoother with the nocking process. . . It really is helpful to have someone else watching to see what I couldn't see and give good constructive advice.
