Thinking about wife guy Guydelot who goes off to travel for a bit and do bardly things to become more experienced in the ways of the bard…you would think he would be at taverns trying to woo people or whatever, but he’s so Married™️, that he talks nonstop about Sanson to anyone who will listen.

Imagine a bard using an instrument of illusions to tell stories of their party doing badass things. The little images of their party float around acting out the scenes while they play. Just.. instrument of illusions

Listening to muse (again) and imagining Guydelot saying the line “I thought I was a fool for no one, but oh baby I’m a fool for you” and going a little insane about it.

Thinking about...Guydelot saying that Sanson never shuts up. Guydelot getting used to the sound of Sanson’s voice while they’re journeying together and being so annoyed because omg does this man never stop talking for two seconds. Guydelot leaving and finally having the silence he has been craving and realizing that he hates it, he absolutely hates it, it makes his skin itch and his chest feel empty. When he tries to play music to fill the void, it’s just not the same and he finds his ears are always unconsciously straining for for the sound of Sanson’s voice, searching for it–
