golly gosh you're thing about what Mary sees in Sam (like seeing John in Sam) is kinda killing me. (I was the one who inboxed you about Sam and Mary's relationship in s12). I was so emotionally distressed because I suddenly thought of how Sam might react whenever talking to Mary because doesn't he think he's the reason she died? Anyways, that's just a thought.
Poor Sam seems to carry a lot of guilt about things that weren’t his fault. And he keeps a lot of that buried inside, not talking about it much. So, yeah, it makes me wonder what he’ll say to Mary about their lives, about her, about Jessica.
Guilt is a two-way street. I wonder how Mary will feel about the impact of her decision to make a deal with Azazel to save John’s life. If not for her choice, would Sam’s life have turned out this way? (Mary had her mind wiped by angels so she wouldn’t remember it directly, but she’s a smart woman and I imagine she would ask Dean questions).
Or do they feel it was destiny what happened to their family? Can’t wait to see.
