So I finally made a #healthydessert last night. All of the #ingredients are pictured above. It was super simple and easy to do. For the crust I used #dates crushed #pecans and a little bit of #coconutflakes. I was making small portions so I just #ballparked the measurements. After I placed those items in the processor I places them into two small glass containers and pressed them down with a spoon. For the filling I used dates again, candied pecans (regular pecans will work fine as well) some #pumpkinspicepowder/or #nutmeg #proteinpowder (just a little) and some #almondmilk. I placed those in the food processor to there was a smooth texture. You don't want it to liquify but rather have a pudding type of consistency. Pour your filling on top of your crust and you can sprinkle to top with a little more crushed pecans and #viola!! #enjoy!! #rawpecanpie #paleodessert #pecanpie #foodpoorn #nomnom
