I have some really nice recipes if you want! uwu
Ooo I would love to see em !!
I usually just google recipes and substitute what I need, so seeing others and testing them sounds like loads of fun ! c:
Anytime I see you talking about your baking/baking skills, I’m just in awe. It sounds like a crazy insane amount of work, so kudos to you for getting all of that done! I am very much on the opposite end of the spectrum when it comes to baking and cooking. Case in point, I attempted to make hot chocolate but somehow burnt the milk instead 🙂 My family tends to not trust me alone in the kitchen, and our smoke detectors definitely agree lol
I’m not sure if you’ve ever said, but what’s your favorite thing to make? :O
Aw, thank you! Baking is definitely a lot of work but it can be so worth it! I've been actively baking on my own since I was 12 (and I'm in my mid-30's now) so I've definitely had decades of practice! All it takes is practice!
My favorite thing to make is cookies because they're so versatile and easy and they feed a lot of people. (My favorite thing I make to eat is pie!)
Don't let your friends and family make you feel bad about your skill! Everything takes time and practice! (Also, when in doubt, turn the flame/heat on your stove top down so that you don't risk burning or scorching your food 😉)
I haven't taken any pics of these holiday treats but here's some of my favorite things I've made in the past:
Is baking tough ?
Sometimes... you can't afford to wing it so much, in terms of measurements, compared with regular cooking. I've certainly had things go wrong, but I don't think baking in general is that challenging, unless you're doing something wildly complex. A lot of the classics are pretty straightforward, so you sort of start there and build your way up to more tricky things. It's just practice and patience, more than anything, plus enjoying what you're doing.
Making a New York style cheesecake this year. First time ever making one. I hope it comes out good x3

You know it's going to be a good focaccia when you have to hand it a smack down instead of fold and punch like other breads.
The peaches are fresh so they are going to become something tasty~
