Instant Upgrade No Delay by Baibaihe

This mod changes your Handy trait to use Instant Upgrade from a 24 Sims hour cooldown to no cooldown.

If you have finished the Nerd Brain Aspiration, you gained a trait called Handy.  The Handy trait allows you to upgrade any item with all upgrades and no parts required in just a few Sim minutes (almost instantly).  The only down side is that this trait has a 24 Sims hour cooldown.  Meaning you cannot upgrade another item for 24 in-game hours after the previous use.

This mod changes the 24 Sims hour cooldown, to no cooldown.  Meaning you can use Instant Upgrade all you want.  One right after the other.
