It’s unfair that i am awake now, but, judging by this map, The #karamoja people are the most laid back in Uganda, as are the #Bunyoro guys. There was a method of protectorate administration whereby a region was left alone, and sort of contained within their ways. I forget the nice term. Bunyoro were done so for resisting, Karamoja for disinterest and beyond-Masai-fierceness, or perhaps, for being too apocalyptically practical as they were. Look at that Lira area, Mbale area, and Bushenyi area. Goddd! Can’t they get along? They’re more administratively divided than the Kampala area! Damning fact? The most argumentative people are from the over-partitioned places. In tribal terms, the #Bakiga / #Bahororo and #Bagisu ba #Masaba whoever are seeming so “most captivated by working with the Kampala government” ... WoW! You are tough. But, why? Uganda ranks high on the_most_diverse_countries_in_the_world list, so, it’s possible all these little districts had/have collective world-changing potential. Hey, Question.
