Probably because I've met five baeddels and every single one of them said I should be happy my genitals were mutilated to "make me female" when I had ambiguous genitalia as an infant, which has led me to have to have dozens of surgeries just to have a functioning urinary system. It feels kind of unfair to say that TRFs and baeddels use TERF rhetoric because while both groups spout hot bullshit at leasts the TERFs can *sometimes* back it up like they say that cis men (they don't call them cis men they call them males but w/e) commit a large majority of violent crime and that's just objectively true. you can back that up with several studies on gendered violence but if you ask a TRF they'll try to claim the same thing but they'll claim that ACTUALLY despite no evidence whatsoever trans men and every trans person AFAB commits an insane amount of violent crime specifically towards trans women
If your ideology inherently holds one group of people above everyone else and excuses any harm that group of people may do, it is a fascist ideology. Point blank.
