‘Today’s myxo is Badhamia crassipella, a rarely recorded and beautiful species. This species was documented in 1982 from specimens found in northern California, from a location about 3 hours from where i live. There are only 29 observations in the GBIF, an extremely small number. In the last two years though, I have seen this species in several locations around where I live.’
