ok so

I was looking at old Neopets art

and was wondering what some of the old rejected/replaced species would look like if they were updated into the modern style

so, uh, here's a Badeek! in my terrible attempt at emulating the Neo art style. yes, they were just the original name/concept for the Kacheek, but I could totally see them still being around as sort of a "bad" counterpart, like Jetsams to Flotsams. besides, just LOOK at that suave asshole. I wish I could actually own one.

the sunglasses give me a sort of "mole-like" impression for some reason, so I gave it huge mole claws to differentiate it from the regular Kacheek. the mutant could look like a star-nosed mole!
