#bad trolling

Not bad in a moral way, just really bad at trolling. And, whatever, but when it's the Reddit/4Chan/Breitbart alt-right crowd you can't help but feel disappointment. They styled themselves on trolling, they built their politics on trolling, and this is what those illustrious beginnings have come to 😔 Like if I'm going after you, there's a reason. You've been chosen because of your spectacular ignorance, your impotent anger, or just for being a downright bigoted piece of shit. They come after me coz I make fun of them and then just keep shouting "triggered" or "butthurt" or "panties in a twist" while I laugh at them. I put a bit of style into my insults. Metaphors, mixed metaphors, analogies, ironic language, florid prose (doesn't really take that much effort). They give me slurs and memes that I've seen a million times before, or just sheer nonsensical gibberish. I don't even get enjoyment out of them anymore. I get enjoyment out of making fun of them but it's a very one way street and it doesn't last long because they inevitably descend into a repetitive caricature. Just give me one good troll...just one. Doesn't even have to be good, just passable. It's been so long.

Otherwise I would perhaps be considering why, in the same country, a Black man will be punished for a crime very quickly, have his face and name published all over the world, and receive a punishment much harsher than any White man in the same country committing the same crime. I would perhaps be discussing why White supremacists are walking scot-free in the same country (and same jurisdiction that is dealing with the Thompson case). But no, that would be inconvenient for my post-factual politics.”

I've started amusing myself with trolls rather than just ignoring them, coz it makes me laugh when they get all flustered. I think this is my best so far.
