The thing: you're very tired and fed up and you feel yourself start to sink like you're falling asleep but its the middle of the day and you stay awake and your arms get very heavy and maybe your head gets even heavier? And you *could* move your arms, probably. If you needed to, but they're so heavy. But you could definitely move them and just to prove that you try to move one. But oooooooops, you can't really move it. You can kind of flop it up just like a few inches. But that's fine that proves you can move it.

And you kind of start to panic. And you whimper a little bit and then you can kind of move your arms more than you kind of go back to normal after a couple of minutes?
