I was just curious of other disabled people who have loss of coordination and what exactly you struggle with because of it.
The thing that I always notice and am immediately like, "Oh yeah, I have bad coordination" is when I drink anything that isn't out of a straw, it just immediately falls down the side of my mouth and potentially down my shirt. Water out of a cup? Down my face. Sports drink for electrolytes? Dripping down the corners of my mouth like a vampire drinking blood. Sometimes I joke about it being kind of sexy. Out of a pitcher because I'm a spawn of satan that rarely uses cups? Definitely falling all down my shirt and probably splashing on the floor.
Sometimes smaller opening are okay, like sports drink rims or canned drinks. And I've rarely spilled out of a water bottle because I just put my mouth fully around it.
I also have a huge tendency to trip on my own feet because of it, especially so when I'm fatigued. Its ridiculously difficult to put on earrings or clasp necklaces/bracelets which is frustrating because I love accessorizing outfits.
Anyway yeah, just curious how it affects other people.

Dyspraxia is the only thing I've been able to find that really explains why I'm different than everyone else and do things weirdly. It even explains the speech impediment that I've had for my entire life. It sucks that nothing can really be done to "fix" whatever weird thing my brain messes up with. I'll probably always have problems buttoning my clothes and opening plastic packages and doing small things with my hands by myself. I know that sounds ridiculous to normal people, the smallest coordination tasks that you flow right through, I struggle with a lot. Anyway, it's finally nice to know it has a name
