Flavorful balsamic vinaigrette, juicy shrimp, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and tangy feta cheese are mixed together in this salad. It's both refreshing and filling.
Ingredients: 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined. 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 6 cups fresh spinach leaves. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 avocado, sliced. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Season shrimp with salt and pepper. In a skillet, cook shrimp over medium heat until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, bacon, and feta cheese. Add cooked shrimp to the bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy!
