⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀❛ answer me, baby. ❜⠀ … ⠀@backruums .ᐟ
NOPE, ABSOLUTELY NOT ... bunny sucks on her teeth and presses her lips together in an exaggerated pout. her nose scrunches up and a crease forms between manicured brows ... which, she really shouldn't be doing when she knows it'd highly likely give her wrinkles. she does not need that shit in her early twenties.
instead of answering him like he wanted, bunny begins to turn herself on the swivel chair set up at front desk, clark slowly disappearing from her view. she's being petty, she's fully aware of that ... but, in her mind, he fully deserves it. he actually made her work for once when they both know that was kat and bobby's responsibility. bunny got paid to sit at the front desk and look pretty ... except, today, those two employees had both called in sick. unsurprising.
however, even though she'd very much pulled her face when clark had politely asked to help a customer, she'd done it regardless. it'd been some older man that had ( mistakenly ) wandered in, an easy target to fall for the blonde's charms. she'd laid it on thick as per usual ... talking in that sugary sweet accent and lying ... telling him that the piece of furniture the customer was eyeing would look really good in his home and that the women were bound to love it.
it had worked, obviously. a purchase had been made, but now bunny was being moody about it. now they were playing a ridiculous game of cat and mouse where neither of them were winners. they were both very much losers. ( loser4loser. ) the more bunny continued to turn away, the harder clark tried to get in her line of sight. it was cute in a way. the desperation of it all.
for fucks sake... she's weak for a gentle pet name. she stops turning briefly, her head tilted slightly towards him with soft blue doe-eyes staring him down. ❛ ❛ no. ❜ ❜ technically, that was an answer. damn it. ❛ ❛ yer so mean t' me. ❜ ❜ literally how? for making her do her job that she gets paid to do? grow up. bunny gives him one final glare before rotating the chair away again until her back was to him, arms folded over her chest like a irritable toddler waiting for the perfect reason to throw a fit.
