I have been looking through my syllabus for my measurement and eval class and on March 29th we have to do the fitnessgram. We do the PACER, curl-ups, push-ups, BMI, and back saver sit-and -reach test. I am definitely not worried about the PACER. I can run that's not a big deal. The push-ups and curl-ups are what I'm worried about. I only have to do 7 push-ups but I haven't done push-ups in at least 3 months. I never do curl-ups. I always do crunches. I can never keep my feet on the floor. It looks like there won't be someone holding my feet when I do them. I am going to totally fail that. I guess I need to do some ab exercises to increase my lower ab strength. The back saver is easy. I am flexible enough to reach 12". I might do some extra stretches just incase though. My teacher hasn't said anything about this to us though. She is just going to spring it on us probably a week, maybe 2 before and no one will have time to prepare. That's frustrating.
