If you're still doing them, could you please do a ficlet of mpreg!dean telling sam that he's pregnant because Cas encouraged him to say it?
The last time Dean had looked like that, he'd been about to tell Sam that Dean and Castiel were getting married.
Based on that precedent, Sam was trying not to worry, but Dean wasn't exactly making it easy. He was twitchier than a demon in a church and couldn't make eye contact for longer than two seconds.
After a moment, Castiel's arm shifted, resting over Dean's hand to calm his nervous fidgeting, and Dean cleared his throat. "Right," he said, forcing a small smile Castiel's way as he looked at Dean, gaze heavy and meaningful the way Castiel only really could be. "I, ah, we got some news for you, Sammy."
Sam nodded, trying not to look too eager or too worried about the news. "Cool," he said, trying for nonchalance. The less he looked worried, the less Dean would theoretically be worried.
Maybe.
Dean coughed, rubbing the back of his neck, his wedding ring gleaming on his finger. "You're...gonna be an uncle, Sammy."
Holy... Sam's eyes widened and he did his best not to look too shocked. After all, Dean and Cas were married - this was, theoretically, the natural progression.
Finally, Castiel stirred, speaking up; "Dean is about two months along," he said with an adoring smile towards Dean, who was blushing and fidgeting again.
"Two months?" Sam repeated, startled. "Why did you wait so long to tell me, man?"
Dean rolled his eyes, but didn't answer the question. "Well, I've told you now," he said, voice clipped. "So." His shoulder lifted in a shrug. "Now you know."
Sam nodded, a slow grin spreading on his face as the news sank in. "That's awesome!" he finally said, earning a wide-eyed look from Dean. "I'm really happy for you guys - pissed you didn't tell me sooner - but no one deserves a kid more than you two."
Castiel smiled, his eyes bright. "Thank you, Sam," he said gently. Then, to Dean, "See?"
Dean rolled his eyes again. "Yes, yes, fine," he huffed, then reached into his pocket and pulled out a ten from his wallet before flicking it to Castiel. "Sam's not as much of a hyper drama queen as I remember."
"Hey!" Sam kicked at Dean's shin under the table, grinning when his older brother cursed. "Jerk."

Can we just talk about destiel from Sam's point of view?!? He'd be a mix of supportive of Dean's happiness and grossed out, cause Dean and Cas would be a sickeningly cute couple, and oh gosh we need to write ficlets for this ~\(•u•\)
Sam would be so happy for Dean because Dean has never really had someone, not the way he has Castiel. There are no secrets, no life he has to hide. Castiel knows everything about Dean and he loves him just as he is. He thinks Dean is a hero for everything he does.Â
Sam would also end up helping them. Both Dean and Castiel are stubborn people. If there’s a fight, Dean will stalk off or drag up the past and Castiel will snap his mouth shut and not say a word, just glare at Dean and that lack of communication could continue if Sam didn’t act as go-between. He’d convince Castiel to talk to Dean and convince Dean that it’s okay to accept that things are different with Cas.Â
But Sam would want to be out of the bunker for when they made up.
Sam gets back to the bunker after a supply run and finds Dean asleep with head pillowed on a book.
He looks at his brother, wondering what Dean is dreaming about, unable to believe Dean can finally be relaxed enough to just fall asleep. Sam hopes that it's a good dream.
He tiptoes passed, trying not to wake Dean but Dean's got some serious skills after years of hunting.
He sits bolt upright, looking straight at Sam and says guiltily "I wasn't doing anything to Cas."Â

Maybe zombies attack again. Maybe Dean runs out of ammunition, and all he can do is take refuge in a closet again. Maybe Sammy and Garth (Garth, because there always needs to be more Garth) arrive just in time, killing many a zombie. Once everything's calm, maybe Sammy knocks on the closet door.
Sam: Dean? It's alright, you can come out of the closet.
Dean:Â ... shut up, Sam.
DEAN is eating his sandwiches ravenously. SAM enters the dining room and appears surprised to see DEAN already awake. DEAN spares SAM a glance, nodding by way of greeting.
SAM
Hey. Why're you up?
DEAN can't answer immediately as his mouth is full, and then DEAN takes a long drink of orange juice. SAM waits patiently.
DEAN
Was hungry.
SAM
Where's Cass?
DEAN
(shrugs)
Still sleeping.
SAM nods faintly in acceptance and makes his way to the kitchen. As DEAN resumes his eating, SAM gives pause and watches DEAN warily.
SAM
You okay?
DEAN looks at SAM, his mouth once again full.
SAM
You're just--
SAM hesitates as DEAN looks at his sandwich then back at SAM.
SAM (CONT'D)
(speaks slowly)
You're really stuffing your face. More than usual?
DEAN shrugs, and swallows his bite, before grinning at SAM.
DEAN
Guess I burned a lot of calories last night.
After a moment of confusion, a look of realization dawns on SAM'S face. Amused, SAM shakes his head, and continues his trek for the kitchen.
Omigod, Sammy being all dorky with his big brother is the greatest thing in the world! Dean, why so awesome? Great ending, dedicated to all LARPers, how kind.
