Alright - I've been working on a panel presentation off and on for AWA and I'm getting ready to submit my proposal in a few weeks for the 2026 convention. I want to know which desserts potential con goers are most interested in learning about.
The content of the presentation is about the history of yogashi in Japan (Western-style sweets post-isolation beginning with the Meiji period), and includes a visual presentation on how they are prepared. I have a top 20 list of popular yogashi I've been working off of for my research, and I've narrowed it down further to 12, but I can't exactly cover all of them in detail, so which ones would you most like an info dump on?
