"The Didoys, or Didoi, are an ethnic group [related to] Avars, one of the native peoples of the Caucasus, and are part of the Avar-Ando-Tsez group of peoples. The Didoys are a small indigenous people of southwestern Dagestan. The self-name of the people is Tsezi, which means "eagles" in translation.
Neighboring peoples and Avars call them Tsuntal, Georgians call them Zida. Usually, the peoples of Dagestan do not distinguish between the Didoys and Avars. These two peoples have become closer in the course of their history, they have similarities in genetic relationships, language, family life, everyday life, spiritual and material culture."

On July 28, 626, the Avars, supported by Slavic allies and encouraged by the Sasanian Persian Empire, tightened their siege of Constantinople, hoping to bring down the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire. The city appeared isolated, but its massive Theodosian Walls and determined defenders proved an almost impossible obstacle.
Despite repeated assaults from land and attempts to coordinate with Persian forces across the Bosporus, the attackers failed to breach the city's defenses. The Byzantine navy prevented the Persians from crossing the strait, while the defenders held firm behind the walls.
The failed siege marked a major turning point. Constantinople's survival preserved the Eastern Roman Empire during one of its greatest crises and strengthened the city's reputation as one of the most formidable fortresses in history. The victory was later celebrated by the Byzantines as a sign of divine protection over their capital.

"The burial of an adult man at Kunbábony (AC2) contained 2.34 kilograms of gold in form of weaponry covered with precious metal foils, ornamented belt sets with so-called pseudo buckles and drinking vessels. The funerary attire and the grave goods are understood as elements of the steppe nomadic material culture of the period. The technological details and the decoration however suggest a culturally heterogeneous origin. Presented objects: 1-2. earrings; 3. armring; 4. eagle head-shaped end of a sceptre or horsewhip; 5-13. elements of the belt with the so-called pseudo buckles (9-10.); 14. crescent-shaped gold sheet; 15-18. sword fittings; 19. jug; 20. drinking horn. Osem dvadsať päťminútových častí plných dobrodružstva, napätia a emócií, nás vtiahnu do fantazijného sveta, v ktorom hrdinovia bojujú proti presile vyslancov krutého boha, ktorý chce svet uvrhnúť do temnoty. Rogan sa na ich čele postaví mocnému veľkňazovi, aj armáde nemŕtvych, vráti pokoj miestnym osadám, ale aj sám sebe, keď nájde odpovede na svoje otázky a zmieri sa so svojou bolesťou.
