So I covered that Sun & Moon used to be in the same body right? Well they won't stay like that forever and in fact are more inseparable as separate people. But that doesn't mean there weren't a few bumps to get them there. One of those "bumps" was the fact that during the time Moon's code had been removed from Sun's body in order to transfer him into his own body, there were hiccups that prevented Moon from turning on in that new body. This left Sun alone for months. And you can imagine what it would be like, how painful it would be, to be alone for the first time in your life with no way of knowing if your best friend was ever coming back.
As you can guess, this left Sun spiraling into a depression and he had trouble doing his job as a Daycare Attendant. Fazbear Entertainment obviously noticed this and so because they don't wanna lose money... Well... They had their own solution..
