In an AuthorTube writing sprint, 10 000 words in a day with Keylin Rivers.
Since subscribing to Sara Lubratt’s YouTube channel, I have implemented a whole new bunch of good writing habits. The most important one is tracking my progress throughout the day in writing (and I have also applied this to Art, too). I have also learned to accept a draft as a draft, focus on finishing, and not mix up developmental editing with line editing. This video from early 2020 shows the methods Lubratt used to improve her life.
Author YouTuber Sara Lubratt hosted a Live Write-In and Writing Sprints last Saturday, which I found tremendously helpful for getting down a strong word count that day. She also answered questions on the writing process.
Author YouTuber Sara Lubratt takes us through the final stretch of Camp NaNoWriMo, a goal of editing 40 000 words in one week. Plenty of excellent advice here about how to persist with writing goals.

Sara Lubratt’s Writing Vlog from 23/04/2020. Once again, we see how not every goal can be reached, and how we just have to accept all progress regardless of the situation. Lubratt was also able to reuse material from her old brainstorming and drafts in the editing of her novel. This comes as a necessary lesson to idiots like me who have carelessly thrown away old drafts for not being “good” enough. In fact, it’s important to review old material and learn from it. A great writing video here.
