Doing my slow re-read of Aurelian and on page 8 Lorgar says he doesn't want to rule or be in charge, he wants the truth. I wonder what the truth is to him? Is it looking up to bodies of experience, knowledge and history who've condensed and taken on the form of "gods"? It is simply Knowing as a whole? Is it (as I've wondered before, ik) seeking something he feels he's still missing? oh i love this guy.
