here's the worse of the two times i've sampled quartz quadrant's good future mix. i really, really, REALLY like qq good future. the title comes from "jade gully" from sonic xtreme. there was an upload on youtube way back when that was just quartz quadrant good future titled as the music for jade gully. to my knowledge, this isn't true, but it's what i had it listed as on my barbie girl mp3 player until i learned about sonic CD, so the title has always stuck out in my head.

Phsy’s pet. Auko he’s a good boi can be dangerous but a good boi. he helps to stop Ame trying to eat Phsy he loves food attention and pets. he plays with snappy sometimes underwater. he can go on land just fine he has to waddle though.

this is really just the mad space stage theme with some reverb. fun fact: i actually sampled this track in "gross bat face" because i didn't want to go through the trouble of ripping the stage music from sa2 when i already had auko on my hard drive.

in retrospect, the intro is a bit goofy for my liking. maybe that's just me.

not much to say. this track features sampling from both the JP and US versions of the sonic CD soundtrack. despite my obvious preference for JP, i do still appreciate the US soundtrack for what it is on its own.
