And I am still having problems focusing on non-text stuff, and with sounds sometimes seeming weirdly loud, though not as bad. I am managing to watch shows, game, or talk for about 45 minutes with a friend over phone before my brain either feels overworked or just wanders off like a herd of cats, preferably to quiet things like reading books or refreshing tumblr endlessly. Or wanting to nap.
Not sure if going to the general practice clinic tomorrow will be worth anything for this since it still doesn't really seem to have ties with physical issues. Also I don't feel as over-all anxious as I have been feeling today.
I may go in to just talk to the RN's there, but yeah it will mean being stuck in the walk-in lobby surrounded by strangers and that WILL boot up my anxieties again, followed by the "is this even something RN's at a GP clinic will have any ideas about at all?"
But I was definitely OK again for a while, and now suddenly my window fan and my typing sound OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD (without any actual volume changes, same as they always are) and are intruding on everything once more.

I actually have developed a noticeable headache so that might be why now for tonight? I dunno. This is so confusing and annoying. Esp since now out of nowhere I'm getting brief feelings of chills.
