Thaddeus was freezing. Growing up in Memphis meant that snow wasnât common during the winter months and where he went to study his undergrad was even further south. While he had adapted to living in colder climates during the few years he already lived in Mapleview, winter still wasnât on his list of favorite seasons. He blew into his hands in an attempt to warm them before he curled more into his coat. âGoddamn... The wind cuts right through you. Need a coffee to warm me up,â he muttered to himself as he looked for some kind of hot beverage. He was distracted and didnât notice where he was going. âShit, sorry I ran into you.â
