The plan is sound. Nine targets in Mementos for today, between three floors. Not much time before almost all of the Thieves have to get back home to study and keep their identities secret, so the Thieves are divided today so they can cover enough targets in the limited time frame they have.
Joker and Mona have taken the first four, citing the Wildcard’s flexibility suiting them most for the prospect of taking on many targets. It is certainly a display of hubris from Mona to insinuate that he’s Joker’s equal, but the two left in high spirits regardless.
Panther, Skull and Noir have taken on three people with ties to Shujin, with determination in their eyes and a want to make the school they study in better than it once was. Anger burned in the three for what they had suffered, the resolve to prevent further cases like what they had gone through.
Oracle had taken a position in the safe-zone. She did not want to give any team some kind of unfair advantage, so she is Navigating from afar. No buffs, but she can keep in contact with each team.
Which left two remaining. The toughest of the bunch. With ties to Masayoshi Shido. And the remaining members’ stubborn pride would only let them take on the strongest.
After all. Both Makoto and Sae want to prove themselves to one another. Makoto, most likely, so she can show Sae just how strong she’s become…and Sae wants much the same.
