LOW, MID, HIGH PUNCHES 🔶What it's good for: This week's exercise, Low, Mid, High Punches, fire up your body with multilevel punches. 🔶How to do it: 🔹Start with a wide stance and bend your knees (make sure they don't extend beyond your knee). 🔹Throw two punches (lower punches). 🔹Come up a bit and throw two straight punches (mid punches). 🔹Throw two punches above your head toward the ceiling (high punches). 🔹Keep the towel tight and rotate around your hips. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Stay tuned tomorrow for the 4 Exercises in 4 minutes video which features this workout. #tensiontoner #athomeexercises

What it's good for: This week's exercise, Circular Punches, are a great full body workout. It helps build speed and fast punching power. How to do it: 1) Keep one arm straight in front of you and rotate in a circular motion. 2) After about 3 rotations, throw a straight jab with your other arm. 3)Hop on both feet continuously through the movement. 4)Switch to the other arm when done. #tensiontoner #athomeexercises
