Snakes and a chaperon
It's been a while since I used Procreate, I think the last time I used it was some time last year. This was the first pic I made in Procreate this year & although it's the 2nd pic I made on Procreate that I posted on DA.(The first one I posted to DA was the 3rd pic I made due to it being finished first)
This is a sketch dump I made based on @theamityelf's AU posts, been reading her posts recently & they're been really interesting.(Also been making me think some ideas over for my shit)
The sketch dump focuses on mostly one AU but does make space for one other in the top right corner.
The one in the top right corner is called Makoto with snakes AU. Pretty much everything is the same but Makoto owns two snakes that he takes with him everywhere. The snakes seem to be well trained as they just slither some on Makoto & don't bother anyone but they will hiss if they feel someone is being a jerk to their owner.
The one that takes up the rest of the sketch dump is the Chaperone Makoto AU. The idea is that instead of just Usami & Chiaki being the observers as a teacher & student Makoto is there as well as a chaperone. Monokuma tries to make things hard for Makoto & the DR2 cast but Makoto thanks to his privileges as a chaperon can prevent some of Monokuma's rules to a certain point.(Which is why the funhouse doesn't happen) Makoto is prevented from helping during trials but helps out as best he can outside & is able to make a difference.

This is based on this post were theamityelf tries to show how Monokuma has Makoto chained up during trials or at least one of them. I wanted to draw Monomi but didn't want to fully copy the image. Makoto is pissed while Jun- I mean Monokuma enjoys this.

This one is technically in the middle cause of how low I drew this. They're Makoto's snakes from the Makoto with Snakes AU. They'll be explained in the next pic. Pretty much the two are meant to have service animal vest on cause given everything Makoto has been through he'll need them. Yuki is emotional support & Suki is the service snake.(Dunno how that works)
Makoto with his snakes from the Makoto with snakes AU, it's been a while since I drew Makoto. They were meant to be smaller but I messed up & thought of the wrong kind of python. If I ever draw for this AU again I'll fix that. Someone gave them colors(they're white with red or blue eyes) & I kind of added personalities. The one on Makoto's head has red eyes & is Suki, they're the slightly protective one(both are protective but this one shows it slightly more). The one on his shoulder has blue eyes & is named Yuki, they're the relaxed/friendly looking one.
Asumi*(and an Usami doll she was given as comfort) with Makoto's snake who she dressed up. She gave Yuki a bunny hood & Suki a bow/collar with wings on it. I accidentally drew the snakes smaller but this looks like a better size for them. Asumi doesn't express herself much. The snakes feel familiar to her so she isn't scare.
*Asumi is my OC meant to be someone's attempt at recreating Project Hope.(Likely at Junko's request since not many until FF goes searching should know about Izuru's creation) I guess bootleg Izuru, she's a lot like him but you can tell she's different once you notice the signs.(Link1 & Link2 to semi explain things better maybe)
Bottom:
Makoto introducing himself & Usami, wasn't sure if Makoto would wear his DR1 outfit(I do imagine he ends up in it when he was originally meant to show up) so gave him an outfit a chaperone would wear.(He has his DR1 hoodie on cause I imagine he wears it when in casual) His shirt says "Councilor" but it's crossed out & has "Chaperone" written below it.(Was almost tempted to draw next to this Makoto dressed as Usami from a Japanese comic I saw once were he replaced Usami, nothing bad happened & class 77 adored him but I forgot/ran out of room)
Makoto sometime after leaving the Neoworld simulator. Monokuma kept putting a collar tied to something every time a trial happened. That mixed with Makoto getting getting the metal collar on a chain(like Leon before he got tied to the pole) treatment in DR1* led to a heavy fear of stuff being around his neck.(Likely also having stuff near his neck like the collar of his suit or jacket tugged)
This is a scene based on the end of the chaperone Makoto AU. Hinata woke up from the simulator & wanted to find Makoto cause thanks to everything they went through together he sees Makoto as a friend/someone he's close to/part of the group & is scared to lose Makoto again. He looks like Izuru cause he literally just woke up from the simulator & hasn't had time to cut his hair.(He did go in as Izuru after all) Makoto's hair has grown a little too since the sim likely went on for a while. He's kind of out of it cause his PTSD if fucking him up. Another reason Hinata is comforting him(while using Izuru's skills to help him calm down some) is because Makoto tried to hide that anything is wrong. Makoto still sees himself as the chaperone & having to make himself a martyr for people & Hinata finally realizes this is more than his friends' supporting chaperone he wishes to be friends with, this is the killing game survivor that is struggling & now needs his support.(I just realized I put "will" instead of "while" in the picture)
*There's an idea that some of the characters got a metal collar to the neck with a chain dragging them to their punishments it just that Leon was the only one they showed so you didn't have to see it repeat. People like Celeste & Junko were the ones to go willingly, Makoto wasn't.
