I’m currently working on my sixth and final 2-page spread for my children’s picture book.  The theme of this spread is an Earth-like planet with organisms of unusual anatomy.  This is concept art for organisms I plan on including though it’s subject to change.  I have a twelve legged predatory vertebrate at the very top, an asymmetrical flying organism next to it (it flies in a similar manner to the fan lizards from James Cameron’s Avatar), a bipedal herbivore in the middle, a radial herbivore at the bottom left, and a “plantanimal” on the bottom right.  All organisms are roughly to scale.
