seasons of love (tamora pierce’s tortall series, 8K) — I’m not actually sure if you’ve read these books but this author (who’s written a ton of really great fic) loves dealing with tammy’s insistence that all of her arranged marriages end well and everyone has a ton of babies. Everything gets fucked up and terrible and I love it.

woke up married (american idol rpf, 21K) — and then because I’m a hopeless romantic who really does want things to end well, THE CLASSIC COOKLETA VEGAS FIC. can you believe 2008 was FIVE YEARS AGO oh god I can’t, no, don’t tell me that.

FUSION AU

a mirror darkly (james bond/hdm, 3K) — I almost hesitate to rec this one because it’s a bit short and very unfinished but the world is SO COOL. Definitely one of my favourite fics that came out of the Skyfall rush, considering I STILL have not seen that ‘Peggy Carter is M’ fic yet. YOU’RE ON NOTICE INTERNET.

I was shipping them before I ever watched SPN because tumblr is a terrible place like that ughh. (I will get to it as soon as we find the proper cords to connect my laptop to the TV I swear!! Netflix is a butt and should put partial seasons up like Hulu does.) And I mean I get where the Sam/Gabriel stuff comes from I just don't know how it got to be so popular fandom is really weird sometimes.

WELL if by superhusbands you mean like superfamily where they adopt Peter or whatever I think we probably talked about it but idk I never remember anything. It was cute in the beginning (have you seen mandylasers' art omg it's literally cavity-inducing) but I never took it very seriously whereas fandom needs to caaaaalm down about it I think.

favourite canon pairing: Dean/the Impala (are there like, any major canon pairings on this show besides their parents and idk, Dean/Lisa? of course not because ladies aren’t important.)

worst pairing ever: Meg/Castieeeeel? I haven’t watched season 8 yet okay I feel like I’m missing something here.

guilty pleasure pairing: Crowley/Castiel except I’m not guilty about it at all

I know I just can't stop liking them?? they don't even work in MCU yet unless you want like angry sex or something. (which is one thing I don't get about super huge Steve/Tony fans who only know MCU like are you just basing it off fandom I guess?)
