Cut 2 whole minutes off my longer course today, climbed the 13 flight of stairs 4 times without resting in between (other than to descend), did my body weight workout, completed 30 ish minute of yoga where I was able to do an assisted headstand for 3 breaths without wall support! (I only started being able to do them 2 weeks ago) I’ll admit, I was a bit disappointed this morning. I haven’t lost any weight this week and my measurements are the same as last week. I have to keep reminding myself that it takes time for my body to catch up to what my mind wants it to be. I work hard every morning to make sure I get a good workout in and I try to eat healthy.
