Blind Date

Frayle stood in the area of the arcade, sketching in her notebook as she waited patiently. Alphys had given her some medicine to allow her to speak for about a month, granted she took it daily and was proactive about it. Papyrus and Mettaton had helped her get ready… Her family was a bunch of monsters, yes, but they were better than any other family she could ask for.
It had been maybe nine years since Frayle had helped them escape. Humans still had somewhat mixed views, but most were positive by now. However, now she was an adult, so she was finally allowed to partake in dating. However, Papyrus had insisted he find her a date, and…
Here she was. Standing in an arcade, waiting on her date to arrive. Nervously she adjusted her dress, as well as the ribbon in her hair, her favorite lavender ribbon. It was tied up and flowing down the bottom. Her dress, a gentle dark purple to compliment her ribbon, was sleeved to the elbow, with a gentle flow down the waist and ruffles at the bottom. A small pink rose shaped brooch was pinned to the left side, making the dress have a little pop to it.
