You don't have to answer this one I just want to speculate, I think the fact that Scott has neither red eyes or white hair will help prove to Owen and Louis that he's not the one behind the recent vampire murders.

Oh yay I get to talk about Owen and Louis!! Buckle up, I've got a LOT for them that will likely not get placed in a fic!

Basically, in this au, Oakhurst never tried to frame and kill Louis. He stayed mayor, just now with Owen by his side. The two have kept the position for around 200 years by the time of the story.

They take turns being the "face" of the mayor-ship. Often changing their appearances and names to fit when it's a new "life." They cycle through things, sometimes Owen is the one in white and red, sometimes neither. Sometimes they get creative with styling their hair or makeup. They are very careful about what they look like when being seen in public. Rarely, they have someone play mayor while they really run the show from behind the scenes. (This only really starts happening after they start working with B.I.T.T.E.N. as per the agreement they made with the organization.) (There also might be some voter-fraud because of this to ensure whoever they want to get the job, gets the job, but shh)

For Etsu…”Etsu” became an alias(?) I began using when I played games. It means “delight.” I chose a name with E bc I use Eevee LOL. As for Shiori, the first version of her was a bratty princess with a heart of gold in an original story I was developing back in HS. I wanted something elegant for her. Shiori (詩織): means “poem; weave.” I also like the Kanji for it too. 

I noticed that V!Pyro in your fics seem to still have low self esteem and you had a line about him being disowned by his parents. So I was wondering, is Pyro still bullied by Czeslaw in this au? If so how would Scott react when he finds out?

In regards to the actual question, he was bullied back home through grade school. Czeslaw was definitely the ringleader of them.
