Bel, how do you keep from crossing the line from resting and recovering to depression rotting?

Belphegor: *half-lidded eyes, voice slow but steady* Good question. Sloth isn’t giving up—it’s pacing yourself.
Rest has purpose. You sleep, you heal, you stop because your body or mind needs it.
Depression rotting is when you stop because you feel worthless, stuck, or numb.
The line is intention.
Rest asks, “What do I need?”
Rot asks, “Why bother?”
So I set anchors. Small ones. Eat something. Drink water. Move a little. Talk to someone. Even if it’s annoying. *yawns* Especially if it’s annoying.
Sloth is recovery with kindness.
If the kindness disappears, it’s time to ask for help.
