About 40 million light years distant is the spiral galaxy NGC 7331. It is located in the constellation Pegasus. It is part of a larger visual group of galaxies some of which can be seen in this image including four below the big spiral and another four hovering in the upper right of this frame. These much smaller appearing galaxies are actually quite distant, almost an order of magnitude distant: they are estimated to range between 300 and 350 million light years away.
