Waiting for Darius' response, he blinked, then made a face as Darius started to talk. Almost a mix between confusion and annoyance. Then he rolled his eyes "Oh. I'm sorry. You're sister your new mom or something? She gets to influence you're thoughts and opinions?" He laughed a little but, even if he were only joking before, hearing that from Darius was fascinating. Crossing his arms under his chest he let the other go on, bringing his right hand up to his chin, his index finger brushing along his lips as the other spoke.
"Does she?" He narrowed his eyes a bit, speculating. The other world was certainly not one he had been to, due to his being busy with his kingdom. Though he was there, once, to get away from being murdered some time before. Asher tapped his finger to his mouth "And who would I be, to tell you not to go…" But he had to wonder what more this might have been. After all, hadn't going through all this trouble to get his soul back after it was stolen, something that made their relationship stronger. If he did look the other way on this, and it bit him back for it, then, it would be his fault. Because he could see this being more than a visit with a parental guardian to a sibling who was raised practical stranger.
As Darius continued, it seemed more that the other was wanting him to come along. But he didn't know much about this other dimension. He had mostly been in a coma and in a dead like state of being when he was there. Inhaling sharply he turned slightly, dropping his hand to the diamond hanging from his neck, considering the others words "Hm. No. I think they could handle it. Actually, I'm sure they could. Just a few months, is nothing compared to the last time I was absent…certainly absence would be better, than Sage's rule over them…" Dropping his hand down from the diamond then, he toyed with a ring on one of his fingers "And when would we be leaving? Hm?"
