Saw this quote at work and it really resonated with me. Going to a school where people effortlessly achieve high grades while boasting about how little revision they’ve done can be demoralising. Hopefully all the hard work will pay off though for those of us who need to put in the grunt work to see results.

Tumblr ate yesterday's post. I'm waiting to see if it resurfaces before I repost it. Anyway, this was my desk this morning before I headed out for orientation. We had a class today that focused on relations between Taiwan and China and it was really interesting - I'm a bit embarrassed by just how little I know, but that's the whole point of being here. 🐣

11:45am // day 38/100 Still working on that politics presentation. I have to give it on Thursday, so in four days. My anxiety about it increases every day. I’m going to be eternally relieved when it’s over. I’m using @arystudies’s daily planner for today’s work!
