Damn, this is simultaneously such a bop and super sad (and Caleb-relevant) in the lyrics. Like, for Caleb’s past and his PTSD:

Also, “Truth is a liar” and “Image of him touching your hand” make me think of Trent and what he did to him.

How I feel about this character:

I love him so much okay. Grog’s been my favorite pretty much since day one. I’ve always loved bruisers who have a slightly squishy center. The development he’s gone through has been amazing, which is honestly one of my favorite things. Cause if this was a tv show or something, Grog would just be the comic relief side character and we probably wouldn’t ever get to see that growth, but Matt and Travis have done such a great job letting him grow and change. He’s just so great okay. I love my goliath son 

All the people I ship romantically with this character:

Do you really have to ask? Okay but other than Vax, I could ship him with Kerrek... and maybe Gilmore. I just want my boy to be happy tbh

My non-romantic OTP for this character:

PIKE AND GROG AAAAAHHHHHH I love their friendship so much okay. They are the best siblings and I’m so glad that they have this long running connection cause that adds so much

My unpopular opinion about this character:

I don’t know if it’s unpopular, but I’d kinda like to have it at least noted that his alignment seems to be headed more toward Chaotic Good??? Cause, idk, he’s come so far and I feel like acknowledging that with a nudge of alignment would be really cool

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon:

let him smooch Vax I want more backstory with him and Pike growing up in Westruun. I want all the growing up shenanigans. Going forward, I’d really like for him and Pike to have some kinda big adventure
