Pushed myself to paint again. I have gone through a lot of my personal energy and was getting too empty. The stress we are collectively experiencing has that effect on me. Getting myself to do art has been very difficult, but it is also how I recharge. I had the idea to try and paint one of my favorite poledancing moves but my brain kept making it impossible to do because the more I put something off the higher the anxiety about it becomes. But tonight I managed to push myself, promising I didn’t have to share if it was all terrible. Thankfully I am pretty happy with the result. So here is a painting of a pole hangover.
