As expected the episode is Diggle-Baiting instead of David Ramsey Guest-Starring. You only need to watch that one big scene on Youtube, where he saves Luke and talks to him. Appearantly there are like a couple of more little moments, but no actual plot for him.

Which was not surprising, because he does not know anyone on the show, expect for Kate, who is in this episode but does not know herself anymore, and they do not meet, so... yeah, here goes nothing.

Also I think he was majorly screwed over in regards of “Batwoman”, because while this was expected, they also scrapped the episode he was supposed to direct. Which makes me wonder if he even directed “The Flash” or this was scrapped as well, because we still don’t know in which episode he is supposed to be in and which one he directed (it can only be the one before the 150th, unless he appears in the Two-Parter and directed the Season Finale).

But, yeah, overall the whole “Diggle will have a connected storyline through all the Vancouver-based Arrowverse-Shows and David will get to direct an episode of each one” ended up only being way to con him into going to Vancouver despite Covid. I guess, he had fun directed “Legends” and “Superman & Lois” and is rather proud of his “Supergirl”-Episode, so it wasn’t a total loss for him. For us, Diggle-wise though, well that remains to be seen. I don’t think he will do much in “Supergirl”. So it really will only be “Superman & Lois” and maybe “The Flash” (but only if he is in that one episode before the Two-Parter) that may give us significant Diggle and/or Green Lantern stuff.

Barry senses a change afoot, likely at the real Iris’ doing, so he tells Mirror Iris he knows a part of his wife’s heart is inside her. He encourages her to “be more” than what she is, but she has to “want it, to choose it.” Eventually, Mirror Iris channels Kelly Taylor and says, “I choose me!” — after which, with a final push from an outraged Eva, she shatters into shards.
