Hey Anon,

Honestly…I don’t know much about who is or isn’t underrated in fandom these days, simply because I haven’t been spending much time around these parts lately.

I will say that all gifmakers and graphic artists – no matter the fandom – are pretty awesome people. I know how much work goes into creating gifsets and pretty graphics, and everyone who does so gets a big thank you from me. I don’t know how you guys manage to get stuff up so quickly too – especially after an episode or a sneak peek airs. Speaking as a gifmaker, it astounds me how fast you guys are at gif-fing stuff!

Instead of going the over/underrated route, let me mention a few artists whose work I have been particularly enjoying of late. Apologies if I miss anyone out – it’s late, and I won’t be able to remember everyone off the top of my head: 

I really like this particular OTA set from @whoeveryoulovethemost: the colours are gorgeous, and I really like the way the gifs are incorporated into the graphics.

This, by @ithinkimightveinhaledyou, is still my favourite Olicity gifset of all time BECAUSE DUH.

This one, from @arrowsource, is my favourite ‘Felicity as Overwatch’ graphic from the newly released picture. 

@creativewhim does some amazingly sharp and beautifully coloured Olicity gifsets – this one, for example.

I loooove this, from @itstheaqueen. @glamorous-enterlude does pretty great comic-y gifs (seriously, teach me how!).I very much enjoy the kinds of gifsets that @mimozka does, not least because hers are always a little different to the usual. Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of @songbin‘s work on my dash and Twitter TL, and her stuff is pretty awesome. This from @felicitysmoakisaqueen is absolutely gorgeous. 

@bigdeesmallworld is someone I’ve only recently come across, but she tends to gif some of the lesser gif-ed scenes, which I appreciate. I also find her notes/tags on some of her sets hilarious, such as this amusing interjection (I totally agree, btw, re: Felicity licking his abs). 

I pretty much enjoy anything from @sentence-fragments, @captainsamell (this in particular is amazing), @dumplingnooona @smoakmonster (Shelley is pretty awesome in general, FYI. You should totally follow her). I adore this from @emilybuttrickards, even if she does like to destroy me with feels over on Twitter… @cherrychapssstick is consistently great, as is @fe-li-ci-ty. 

You know, @athenaagron is pretty great at turning regular old screencaps into gorgeous edits and marketing material. Her recent Olicity posters are be-au-ti-ful. And @cherchersketch does the best Arrow/Olicity chibi art. I have several bits of merchandise with her designs (her Bratva!Oliver may be my absolute favourite).
