#arrow 2x10

In honour of the 150th episode of Arrow I thought it couldn’t hurt to reminisce about some of my favourite moments of Arrow - based on the gifs available ;) I’m starting to think this is simply stuff I miss BIG TIME. 

That last gif - I AM DEAD. For those wondering THAT RIGHT THERE - that’s how I NEED Oliver to look at his wife!

Quick Thoughts

- Oliver so annoyed that Felicity is not in the bunker

- Turns out Laurel was right to be investigating Blood

- Sad that Moira called Verdant a hobby for Oliver, she thought he was doing a good job last year when he opened it

- Dr. Simon Tam from Firefly has become a bomber

- Oliver saving people from a burning building - HERO

- Slade so full of rage

- Oliver hides his joy upon Felicity’s return REALLY WELL - poor Felicity has no idea how much he missed her. And Diggle just watches it all play out.

- So strange that it’s Laurel and not Oliver to suspect Blood

- Quentin notices the new mask!

- Poor Felicity getting slammed by Oliver because he’s jealous and misses her. LOVE that she stood up for herself! You go girl!! She knows she’s the best at what she does. Loved Diggle calling him out too.

- Blood is just stupid

- Love snippy Felicity especially while she helping to save Oliver’s life

- Have to say I’m surprised that Oliver told Felicity to head to the rally help Diggle - he sent her into danger...

- He shot Diggle!

- Oliver using an arrow to shoot a bomb out of the sky - AWESOME

- Even this bad guy of the week is better than Diaz

- Love how Oliver just severed the cord to stop all the bombs

- Totally creeped out by Maya - Blood’s mother, and Laurel just believes her!

- The Arrow making a deal with Blood - Oliver is not that stupid....

- No shirtless Oliver :(

Season 2 tally - 5/10 episodes with shirtless Oliver…just saying, I’m taking note. For reasons…

- Oliver out with the mask on for the first time, looking badass. I'll miss the greasepaint though lol

- he's so bothered that she's not there.

- Dig's never seen Oliver so spooked before as he is over the mirakuru. That should tell you something, John.

- 'Sometimes I feel like I dont know the real Sebastian. He reminds me of you that way.' But I thought Laurel knew Oliver better than anyone.

- Felicity!!!!!! This is Oliver internally squeeing that she's home lol.

'We need you here.' Don't ever leave me again future wifey. I missed you so much.

He's so trying to remain cool around Dig lol.

- 'How did I get to be so lucky?'

'You stole my purse.'

Aw Theroy feels.

- 'your blonde friend, she's pretty good with computers.' She has a name, Quentin!

'Sure. Right after you get yours out of your ass.'

'Excuse me?'

'Alright. Maybe we should just take a breath here.'

Love seeing Felicity standing up to him. All of their arguments are so full of UST. Diggle folding his arms and giving Oliver the stink eye is so funny. He's so onto him. Also, that backless dress...

- 'I think you didn't have a problem with Felicity’s performance until she met Barry Allen.' Truth tea is served.

- Sara's holding the tree branch echoing the bow staff.

- Laurel stole her dad's pain meds! Seriously?

- even when bickering Oliver and Felicity make a good partnership.

- 'Oliver? Oliver?' Long pause. 'It's alright. I'm alright.'

- Diggle got shot. I actually gasped lol.

- Roy using his superstrength to save Moira.

- Oliver really is a good shot. He cut straight through that wire.

'We're you apologising to me or were you talking to your quiver?'

lol sass his ass, Felicity. Make him work for it.

'You're my always.' Oops wrong episode.

- 'Maybe he's dreaming about you.' He's talking about himself.

Shoulder touches, penetrating stares, smouldering tension galore.

She closes her eyes for a moment just basking in his touch.

This is another key scene in Olicity's story, and in Oliver’s journey. He opens up to her. He apologizes to her. He admits that he needs her. He relies on her. This is a huge step for him. He does it because he trusts her implicitly. He calls her his partner, which you can see means so much to Felicity. He's never been more correct, as soon she becomes his true partner in life. Overall, that whole scene showcases they're chemistry to the full. They elevate every scene and episode they are in together, including this one.

Rating: ☆☆☆☆ the Laurel/Sebastian stuff kind of bored me. But I loved the rest.

It’s no secret that Season 6 of Arrow is leaving me beyond miserable - so, I have decided to remember times when Arrow made me happy. There was a whole lot of happy and good before I had my heart broken.
