oh boy oh boy consider aroace ritsu just starting to figure out his identity and coming to reigen who is Also aroace for help and guidance because he has no one else to go to and thus begins a sort of bond between the two as reigen helps ritsu figure his stuff out and feel accepted
love it! I can just imagine how angry Ritsu would be about having to go to Reigen of all people (because he’s the only aroace adult that he knows of), and then starting to begrudgingly respect him over time
And Reigen is just happy to help so that Ritsu doesn’t have to go through the horrible mess of confusion he went through growing up
