abilities breakdown for plotting and powerscaling: mutants/x-gene-havers
this post fails to consider things like baseline physical prowess and hand-to-hand combat skill. it only addresses abilities these characters have by virtue of being born with the x-gene.
inducement of auditory and visual hallucinations. nearly impossible to discern from real perceptions.
requires initial physical contact or eye contact. hallucinations become fainter/more dubious as time passes (within minutes, sometimes seconds) or proximity fades.
psychic-based ability. does not require articulation or physical movement. her primary limitations are her own imagination/creativity and willingness to be sick in the head.
hemokinesis but only over her own blood. can alter its physical characteristics such as density, texture, and viscosity. it is nearly impervious by nature.
this is a mostly mental exercise that does not require much physical gesturing, but the witchy movements sure are fun.
extremely rapid regenerative healing. could regenerate after something as severe as immolation. however, it is a somewhat conscious process that can be thrown off by her unwillingness or distraction.
immune to illness, infection, and disease.
shapeshifter. shifting looks like clay being molded but sped up, not in real time.
can imitate someone down to their fingerprints. includes hair, voice, build, and, yes, external sex organs!
he maintains his own internal vital organs (heart, brain, lungs, kidneys, etc.), diseases, illnesses, and injuries when he changes forms.
he inherits physical strength according to his chosen form's stature and musculature, but he does not inherit x-gene-related abilities. his overall endurance is consistent due to his cardiovascular system remaining the same.
one thing ive never confronted directly is how his clothes shift when he changes from a form of one stature to a form of another. the thing about it is it just happens and just dont worry about it.
