solfef is cute! love them, love seeing art/fic of them, i just never end up drawing them myself for some reason. usually i have them as one of the established couples of the friend group so they end up fading into the background, which is unfortunate! i enjoy when they get to be little weirdos in opposite directions with each other

i also keep shipping them in throuples (arasolfef, erisolfef, solfefkat among others) so i guess i just assigned them as my “established couple looking for a third” for this fandom

besides “established relationship” and “brand new couple so sweet it makes everyone sick” i like “ex’s who are still friends” or otherwise seeing how a high-profile cross-spectrum relationship puts strain on them. because the opposite vibe of that really light solfef is: feferi as the new empress, where just the fact that she & sollux are together is political and a statement and scrutinized, on top of figuring out how you even run an empire anyway. that’s Interesting

Crowley’s essence was fast-moving and ever-shifting like quicksilver, and now Aziraphale found music, like a symphony—well, not like a symphony, more like the kind of modern performance Crowley liked, but tuneful—and there were layers here; Aziraphale could delve into music for all moods and times, shifting around him like a kaleidoscope, like Crowley’s laughter—and oh my, there were memories—he couldn’t quite grasp them, not yet, but he could feel them, snatches of—a wall and greenery and a touch of flame and possibly a white wing—was Crowley thinking of Eden as well?

And then—

With no warning—

Crowley was gone.

Or rather, everything was gone. Aziraphale was rushing through nothing, his body—his essence?—held vice-like by…by nothing—

The first holiday after Inasa starts dating Kirishima, he goes to one of those stores where you can make custom colognes. He puts together everything that sounds manly: sandalwood! Ginger! Suede! Something with ‘Tuscan’ in the name, sure, manly men like Tuscany, right?! Woop, better put something sweet in, too. Kirishima is super sweet, after all.

It is. So damn pungent and complex. That they actually offer to reimburse Inasa if he will just let them make one for him.

He refuses, of course.

Instead, he presents it to Kirishima in all its terrible glory...

Bakugou: This is your god speaking.

Bakugou: It is a wrathful god who despises you more than you could have possibly dared to fear.

Bakugou: My hate is the lifeblood that pulses through the veins of your universe.

Bakugou: It is my gift to you.

Bakugou: You’re welcome for that.

Bakugou: You ungrateful piece of shit.

Caring about things is cool. Wanting to change the world is cool. Having ambitious ideas about how to change the world is really important.

Yeah, I know lots of people don’t like chapters longer than 10k because it gets too long to read, but I’ve already posted 26k one-shots and I’d feel comfortable going up to 30k. 

Multichaps are great if as a writer you need time to write the whole story and you know how to work with pacing/story arcs. I have no idea how to separate any of my stories into small parts (the fool’s rush was separated into chapters only based on word count, not on story structure), so that’s why I tend to always post the whole thing as a one-shot.
