Comfortably positioned on one knee, my bow is nocked pointing to the ground. Arms straightened but not locked. Shoulders back, sit up straight, raise the bow and begin to draw. -------#------- Turn towards the target keeping the head, body, arms and bow still and aligned until the end of the turn. Pause, aim, breathe, relax then loose!
