One last run .... . . A busy few weeks, now time to catch up with some Instagram posts.. I had the fortunate pleasure of meeting Team Vibram’s pro ultra runner @carlton_rowlands on a recent sailing shoot for @worldcruisingclub, Carlton is undertaking his first transatlantic voyage aboard yacht Chatana in the ARC from Las Palmas to St Lucía. With an estimated 2 to 3 week sail across the Atlantic, this is the only time of year he won’t be running the trails, though plenty of time for some core training out on deck. ...............
