Green Goddess 1 1/2 oz Bespoke Rum @hhbespokespirit 3/4 oz Lemon Juice 1/2 oz Green Apple Reduction 1/2 oz Bergamot Liqueur 1/2 Muddled Kiwi 3 Muddled Maraschino Cherries 1 oz @apothicwine Red Layered on Top Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (except the wine and fruit), add ice, and shake vigorously. Gently muddle the fruit in a Collins glass, fill with ice, pour the cocktail. Using a bar spoon, layer the wine on top. Garnish with Maraschino Cherries. •Follow @the_garnishguy A fun way to experiment with cocktail is by adding fresh fruits right in the glass. Muddling seasonal fruits and building the cocktail around them gives you control over how much flavor comes through and which ones work best together.
